Lazy days and the start of summer.

This past weekend has just felt very chill - Amy & I walked to Gas Works and then headed on to Fremont for some troll sight seeing on Friday. Sean and I did the usual at Costco, tried to hammer out some homework and had several relaxing evenings of watching movies together. The weather has just been so gorgeous the past week or so that I feel like I should enjoy it and have been putting off pretty much anything productive. Oh well, I am sure the weather will soon come to an end and with it my productivity will return! :)

We did make some progress on the wedding plans though; we created a finalized sample invitation, went to Alderbrook for lunch and cake tasting and got Sean a few shirts for our engagement photo shoot and rehearsal dinner. Every time we finalize a detail I get excited all over again about the wedding!

Nashville: Here is a few layouts of my mom and I in Nashville, TN during our last visit to see Nana & Papa. The large photo is the Nashville skyline taken from a pedestrian only bridge - probably my favorite part of the city because the river banks were so green.

Rock City: Another set of photos from Rock City located just on the border between TN & GA. Here I am crossing the suspension bridge with my mother taking the photo safely from the other side of the bridge. haha

You make my heart sing: Here are a few shots of Penelope & I a few weeks ago. She is just so cute we are always taking pictures of her. The journaling around photos reads why she is so special to me and basically boils down to because I am so special to her. :) This was the first time I was able to use my new sewing machine on a layout - too fun! I of course utilized my cricut as well with the circle cutouts. Layout was inspired by Stephanie Howell's work.

And to close, a darling video of Penelope trying to hide her bone in her covers - she cracks me up!
